The Brinkley Waste & Recycling Facility is open to the general public and is a facility operated by the AHRWMA on behalf of the Rural City of Murray Bridge. Residents can recycle and dispose of a range of items and materials at the facility, benefitting the environment. Brinkley also offers free green waste days throughout the year and recycled products for sale.
All visitors to Brinkley Waste & Recycling Facility must observe the site safety requirements and dress appropriately, including wearing enclosed footwear at all times. We also recommend wearing long pants, protective glasses (such as sunglasses), sun protection and work gloves for your safety. If you have heavy loads, bring a friend or family member to help you unload. Children under 12 and family pets must remain in your vehicle at all times.

Green organics (trees, shrubs etc.) dropped to Brinkley and Heathfield are chipped on-site and sold as mulch. This is a recycled material, therefore, the mulch quality is variable and may include some litter and soil. Mulch can be purchased at Brinkley Waste & Recycling Facility and Heathfield Resource Recovery Centre.
Crushed rock and select fill are processed on-site at Brinkley and sold by prior arrangement.
